Hygiene practises

While offering an extremely high standard of tattooing we also maintain an UNCOMPROMISING level of safety for our clients and ourselves.
Makkala maintains a current certificate in education of Blood Borne Pathogens for tattoo artists as well as properly disposing of medical waste through certified waste management.

DISPOSABLE SET-UP

Our set up is comprised of disposable single use items for each client, including disposable grips and needle cartridges, skin pens, ink caps, soft wipes, paper towels, distilled water, bio-cups and protective sleeves for tattoo machines and wash bottles. Tattoo machines, furniture and wash bottles are cold sterilised with Global Disinfectants.
Medical waste is collected and disposed of safely by Nitrogenx.

Tattoo Ink.

Our inks are imported from the USA and Europe where they maintain the highest manufacturing requirements for Tattoo ink. We use a range of brands including Dynamic, Eternal, Fusion & Intenze

Needles.

All of our needles come sterilised in single use packets that are disposed of after every client. We use a membrane cartridge system which optimises safety.

Personal protective equipment.

For your safety and ours our team at Love Craft goes one step further by utilising personal protective equipment including disposable Cuff First nitrile gloves, arm sleeves and aprons. Where required we may also use face masks.
